Estimates & Repairs

Online estimate requests are preliminary and based on the information and photos you provide. A final written estimate is prepared after an in-shop physical inspection of your vehicle. Repair scope, timing, and costs depend on that inspection and, where applicable, your insurance claim. Qualifying repairs are backed by the CARSTAR Limited Nationwide Warranty. Coverage, terms, and exclusions are subject to the applicable CARSTAR warranty documentation.

Insurance

Texas drivers generally have the right to choose the repair facility that performs covered vehicle repairs. Coverage, repair costs, parts, and other claim terms remain subject to the applicable insurance policy and claim. Our team can assist with repair documentation and communication during the insurance-claim process, but we do not provide legal or insurance advice and cannot guarantee any particular claim outcome.
